DELIVERY CONDITIONS

When ordering, you can set a different delivery address than your home.

You can also change this setting in your account by adding a new delivery address.

Deliveries are handled by ELEVEN Colis, which will have it delivered by one of these carriers. Your order will arrive at your home on the day determined on the confirmation mail, depending on the stock and the order period (festivals). However, these delays are indicative and any delay in delivery would not cause the order to be cancelled.

IMPORTANT to ensure a good delivery, please tell us your phone number (only our administrative staff and delivery driver will be aware of it) or to indicate the information in case of absence.

Delivery costs

You can choose between two solutions:


Home delivery to all of Switzerland: delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products ordered. (CHF 8.- for small parcels and CHF 12.- for parcels up to 10 kg) (Letters CHF 2.- or 3.50).

Withdrawal at collection points (Addresses below): CHF 2.-

Becoming a Member

You can order your membership card directly from our e-shop when you order regularly.
Its purchase price is set at CHF 20.- and is VALID A LIFE. (In case of loss, you will be charged for a new card).

It offers, among other things, the following benefits:

Priority or exclusive invitations to certain events organized by theAssociation Notre Pays,
Exclusive to certain products,
Exclusive offers from our sellers/producers,
Etc.


Return conditions

Only the return of defective goods can be taken into account by the seller, unless the seller specifies it in the product's technical sheet.

The customer can therefore only count on the goodwill of the seller or then resell the purchased item himself.

Unless arranged or indicated by the merchant, the return fee is at the customer's expense, who also has the option of going into the merchant's shop to return the goods.

The return of the goods must take place within 10 days.
The products are only included in their original packaging, not used and not damaged.
The content must be complete. Clothes can be tried before.

Products such as hygiene and cosmetics, consumables, food and software cannot be returned unless agreed with the seller.

Repayment terms

The refund can only be demanded by the customer if the seller provides for it in the description of his product listing using the "Product Guarantee" field. Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period or other right of return. According to the law, the order is thus effective as soon as the command button is clicked.

As a general rule, you will receive a refund a few business days after the change in status of your cancelled order, provided we have payment information. TheAssociation Notre Pays uses the same payment method that the user used during his initial order, to credit the latter. On request to Association Notre Pays, you have the option to credit this amount in "assets" on your customer account.

In the event of cancellation of an order whose causes are independent to theAssociation Notre Pays, a fee of CHF 10.- is levied at the time of the refund, covering the transaction costs and the work done for taking the order.

In the event of a cancellation that does not involve a refund (good value to be claimed on a future order) these fees are not levied.
